2008 Refer-A-Friend Campaign Rules and Regulations

By participating in the contest you agree to these rules:
  • New members must join by December 1, 2008, in order for member to be eligible to win.
  • New members must be eligible for membership, as established by The Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Winning entries will be selected by The Institute of Internal Auditors on or about December 31, 2008, at The Institute of Internal Auditors' headquarters. All decisions are final.
  • Information regarding new members may be utilized by The Institute of Internal Auditors for organizational purposes.
  • Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other alternative goods or services.
  • Only those located in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean may apply. The Institute of Internal Auditors will pay for shipping of prizes within the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
  • The Institute of Internal Auditors shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of third party providers.
  • Winners shall be responsible for all taxes associated with prizes.
  • The Institute of Internal Auditors reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in its discretion.
  • The contest is void where prohibited by law.
  • Funds for this event were taken from the general account of The Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • No purchase or contribution is necessary to win.
  • This drawing is not available to IIA employees or their family members.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide their valid street address no later than the time of drawing's end.
  • Audit group discount is valid for new audit groups only – restrictions apply.
  • This offer will not apply to individuals who qualify to be included under their existing organization group membership.
